Warranty

OLM believes in providing our customers with the best quality products using unique designs at an enthusiast's price. However, we recognize that not everything is perfect in this world, and sometimes a warranty claim is needed. Let's work together to get any issues resolved!

The Basics

Please note these key points before submitting any claim:

  • Start at the original place of purchase. If you purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer that sold you the item(s). They will start the warranty claim with us. Need to find your retailer? Check our Authorized Dealers page or look for a confirmation email from your order.

Please note, if the dealer you purchased from is not an authorized dealer, OLM is not responsible for the warranty claim. 

  • Purchased directly from OLM? Email support@olm.com with your order number and multiple photos or videos of the issue.
  • Any modifications or alterations will void the warranty. Products that have been modified or altered from their original condition are not eligible for warranty coverage.
  • All warranties are for the original owner only.
  • Warranties are only valid in the United States and Canada.

Refunds

All approved refunds will be handled by the original place of purchase, no exceptions. Since payments were made to the original place of purchase, any refunds must come from the same store.

Please note that approved returns must be received at our OLM facility within thirty (30) days of approval of return to receive credit.

Every dealer or distributor must understand and uphold any and all requirements as they pertain to refunds and honor all guarantees including but not limited to Fitment Guarantees, Sound Satisfaction Guarantees, and other warranties and guarantees as published with product information and on the OLM website. Dealers and distributors will handle all refunds to customers and consumers as approved by OLM. All warranties are explained below and may change from time to time.

Fitment Guarantee

OLM guarantees fitment for the vehicle applications stated on each product listing.

Exclusions

  • Vehicles that have been involved in an accident and/or have body damage.
  • Vehicles with certain modifications that may interfere with fitment (example: FMIC with front fog bezels).

1-Year Limited Warranty: Non-Lighting Products

Manufacturer's Limited 1-Year Warranty covering spoilers, carbon accents, paint-matched parts, and other non-lighting products.

Original owner only. OLM products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Twelve (12) months, starting from the day of delivery.

Should any product prove to be defective in workmanship or materials within the warranty period, OLM will repair or replace the product at its own discretion, subject to customer acceptance.

Any modifications or alterations to the original product will void this limited warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered, including abrasions, scratches, and color change from direct sun exposure. All aesthetic parts will eventually begin to show age and wear based on cleaning practices and environmental exposure.

OLM Appearance Guarantee

Please note that all OLM carbon fiber products are hand-made, and small imperfections are inevitable. Plastic molded products have a break-off location on each part, which is normal and not covered under this warranty. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • Heavy cloudiness under the clear coat (QC is not completed for every product under natural sunlight)
  • Clear coat bubbles larger than 1/4" in diameter
  • Cracks in clear coat
  • Scratches in painted finish

Warranty Period: Twelve (12) months from the day of delivery, as part of the 1-Year Limited Warranty.

OLM Branded 2-Year Limited Warranty: Lighting Products

Manufacturer's Limited 2-Year Warranty covering fog/DRL lighting, headlights, taillights, and light bulbs.

Original owner only. All OLM branded lighting products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty period: Two (2) years from the purchase date.

If a single component of a lighting kit has failed, OLM will replace only the affected component when available.

Condensation

Condensation issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Certain warranty steps must be followed for proper warranty consideration.

Applicable to All Warranties

Warranties are only valid in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives the product owner specific legal rights; the product owner may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
