Resin Failing after just 3 Years

"I purchased this scoop 3 years ago for my wife’s WRX. The installation was a bit challenging but looked fantastic once in place. But now, after 36 months (low miles, always garaged) the resin is bubbling up over the fiber. Since it is well out of warranty (1 year) I will have to wait until it gets too ugly and replace it."
