Receive wrong item and a used damage item

I received the wrong item and a damage used item. Ask for a refund and they said they will issue me a refund and never got my refund. Very bad customer service. I will be calling my bank tomorrow for a chargeback. I do have the email where your representative said she will issue a refund and never received it.
